247Rep operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Customers purchase credits which are consumed as they use our AI messaging, voice, and automation services. Because credits are digital goods consumed upon use, our refund policy reflects the nature of this model.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been used or partially used.
If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests for unused credits made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be honoured.
If you are on a plan that includes a monthly subscription fee or add-on fee such as phone number rental for Voice AI, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds processed through Paddle, our payment provider, are subject to Paddle's processing timelines.
Purchased credits do not expire as long as your 247Rep account remains active.
If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months with no login, message activity, or credit purchase, we reserve the right to close the account after providing 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Any remaining credits at the time of account closure are forfeited and non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate by replying to the refund response email with additional information. We will review escalated cases within 10 business days.
If you purchased through Paddle, you may also contact Paddle's buyer support directly for payment disputes.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of 247Rep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
